Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to help parents in Singapore find suitable tuition teachers, based on the client's preferences.
You will need to
Handle incoming tuition enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Recommend and successfully match suitable tutors from our database
Build rapport with parents and assist them through the tuition matching process
Ensure follow-ups are handled smoothly
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
