Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide excellent service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the support system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow company procedures and guidelines for customer interactions.
Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using support software and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Shift-based work, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
Remote or on-site based on company requirements.
