Desktop Support Engineer

• Provide L1/L2 desktop support for end-users across hardware, OS, and applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
• Provide support for network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
• Handle incident tickets, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
• Support installation and configuration of patches, antivirus, and security updates.
• Assist with new hire IT setups (laptops, email, applications).
• Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and maintain knowledge base.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams/vendors for unresolved issues.

🎯Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience (6-10 years) in desktop or IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Outlook, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.
