Salary: 10,000RM - 12,000RM Per Month
Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot client platform issues.
Respond to incidents promptly, investigate, and provide temporary or permanent solutions with timely updates.
Handle service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor service levels, maintain system configurations, and generate regular reports.
Participate in tech refresh projects.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and manage assets.
Manage user accounts (create, reset, delete passwords).
Perform local server administration for software distribution and patch management.
Manage client platform implementation and upgrades.
Ensure deliverables meet service level requirements and implement action plans when needed.
Establish facility management standards and best practices for operational consistency.
Submit progress reports to management on time.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in Technology Administration preferred.
Basic network knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office; technical proficiency is a plus.
Independent, resourceful, result-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
Willing to work in Singapore.
