General Requirements
 Recognized Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
 Registered at a licensing authority
 Minimum 2 years of experience
 Good English communication skills
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Job Specification
 Extensive clinical skills and experience within different specialties
 Identifying noncompliance and bringing to the attention of the quality assurance
 Should have a good understanding of the general medical technology
 A complete and thorough understanding of the laboratory sections being supervised
