Supervise installation, maintenance, design, documentation, and completion of projects.
Perform site surveys and price new projects.
Prepare change orders, compose job related letters, scopes of work, RFIs, close out documents,etc.
Read and comprehend blueprints and specifications.
Complete site visits to ensure quality of work and provide detailed instructions to field employees to resolve concerns or problems.
Attend project job meetings.
Attending weekly scheduling meetings and work with scheduler and other PMs to ensure accurate and adequate field employees are allocated on each project.
Scheduling includes charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Manage budgets for both labor and material and provide estimate of completion on a regular basis.
Manages and coordinates subcontractors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Builds and maintain customer relationships.
Perform additional Project Manager and related functions as assigned by management and which management deems within the general skill and ability level of a productive Project Manager in our industry.
