Reservations Agent π¨β¨
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservations Agent to support the Reservations Department in delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized booking services within our luxury resort environment.
The successful candidate will:
π Handle guest reservations
π Support inventory control
π Assist in revenue optimization
π Ensure exceptional guest service in line with brand standards
π Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Guest Services teams
Qualifications: π

Minimum 1β3 yearsβ experience in Reservations or Front Office operations within a hotel or resort environment
β
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage
β
Working knowledge of reservations systems and PMS/CRS (Opera experience preferred)
β
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality in reservations handling
β
Excellent communication and guest service skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
β
Ability to support inventory control, rate management, and upselling initiatives
β
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently
β
Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
β
Well-groomed, professional, and committed to delivering high service standards
