As a Staff Nurse (SOC), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Ensure the delivery of compassionate and efficient patient services throughout the outpatient clinic.
Address patient queries and provide guidance to enhance patient experience.
Act as a mentor and resource for junior clinic staff, ensuring that patient care standards are consistently met.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to maximize clinic capacity and minimize waiting times.
Initiate, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate clinic processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.
